• I thought I’d try your plug-in to fix a problem I’m having with mail from my gravity forms in my WordPress site to Outlook.

1: I have my domain hosted on GoDaddy. My site is hosted on Bluehost.
2: Until recently, I’ve been using a POP email account provided by GoDaddy. Messages submitted via the gravity forms inquiry form on my site went through fine.
3: I recently changed from POP email to GoDaddy’s Office365 e-mail. Now, the gravity form submissions are not winding up in my Outlook in-box.
    4. I thought your plug-in might help, but I can’t get it to work. I input the SMTP settings listed by Office 365. As far as the username and password, do I use the username and password for my Office365 account? This is what I’ve used, but e-mail doesn’t go through to my Outlook.
    5. I’ve read in other posts about the need to provide an IP address. But, where do I input this?
All very confusing, and I don’t understand the code that gets spit out when I do a test e-mail. I’d appreciate any and all suggestions.
