Office365.com – Outlook calendar 2-way sync not working

Hi,
I have integrated Amelia with Outlook calendar – we are using office365.com – The appointments from Amelia are being recorded in the Outlook calendar and when I created a busy slot in Outlook, the booking time for this still available in the Amelia calendar. Do you know why this is happening or Outlook calendar -Amelia has 2-way sync?
