Office (outlook) authentication failed

  • Hi!

    I triple checked my host, port and credentials, but when I try to send a test e-mail the status window still shows “5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful”. What can I do to troubleshoot this? Thank you in advance.

    Yes, I am able to log in on my account like outlook.com and the other Microsoft websites. It is a business account however, maybe that has something to do with it. Normally when I log in on the Microsoft websites, I have two-step verification via the Microsoft Authenticator. Could the two-step verification be why the plugin can’t connect with the account maybe?
