    Hello
    I hope all is well
    I have a client who want to change the sender email of the default WordPress email sender from this <[email protected]> to my client own email sender address whereas client is using Microsoft 365 emails, where as anyone on this website when filling the form on the website, in the inbox all recipient of any form available on the website gets the sender email the one set up on the website using the plugin, the client did sent to me this : ” the domain is verified within a Microsoft 365 tenant, which operates using the Exchange Online server.”
    Does purchasing the pro plugin and using the Microsoft 365 smtp will make sure 100% to integrate with the Microsoft 365 sender email on the website?
    Client did provide the email, host, port and email credentials.
    Correct for me please if I am wrong !

    Thanks for reaching out!

    When using Office 365 / Outlook, we recommend using the Outlook mailer option (https://a.supportally.com/i/JciiGy)?in WP Mail SMTP Pro because it makes use of Microsoft’s API. Microsoft’s API is more reliable, secure, and does not often encounter server-related issues when compared to the Other SMTP option.

    thank you for your reply, so using the option you mentioned will make sure 100% so to change the sender email to the client own email for sender emails ? this was my question at first,

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, that is correct. With the Microsoft Outlook/Office365 mailer option, you’ll be able to set up the Sender Email as your client’s Office 365 / Outlook email address.

    Appreciate your help all is clear,
    but I have a question, when purchasing the plugin do you have option/policy to make a refund within few first days if the plugin did not worked as expected ?
