    Hi
    I’m having issue with email not being send to a group email. The plugin does work when it’s sending to individuals.

    Hi @mayachen,

    Could you please send a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Test) to this online tool (https://mxtoolbox.com/deliverability) and see whether you have set up Office 365 on your domain with proper SPF, DKIM records.

    If you see any issues, you may get in touch with your hosting support to correct those issues.
