Office 365 from address

    My company uses Post SMTP for our WordPress site and it’s set up through Office 365. Is it possible to change what address is used to send the emails? It’s set up in Post SMTP to be our info address but today I saw in my sent folder that it’s being sent from the address with my name despite showing the info address as the sent from address.

    Thank you so much for contacting the Support team. You can change the From Email by going to Post SMTP Settings> Messages tab and change it from there. Could you please let us know if you are using Office 365 extension?

    The from address is already set to the info address, and it is what shows up as sender in the emails. Yes we use the Office extension.
