    I am afraid you must post on those forums, we are not allowed to support the extensions here under the WP.org Forum Guidelines.

    I think you might have a slightly wrong link, so if you click here, you should be taken to a page where you can create a new topic. Make sure you are signed in, then scroll to the bottom and it should look fairly similar to the forums here.
