Office 365 does not receive emails directly from Plugin

We are using the Proper Contact Form Plug-in Version 0.9.8.6.
However for some reason, office 365 is not able to receive emails coming from this plug-in. Gmail works fine though.Is there a way to directly route the emails coming from the plug-in to Office 365?
