Offer to Donate to General Fund on a Form?

NM figured it out!

Here is my next question – for some reason, my added form field is not showing up. I followed the instructions exactly and I can’t see why it isn’t there. Tanks.

Glad you reached out! I see you got to the bottom of that funds questions, so we’ll move ahead with the form field issue. I’ll need a little information before I can get started:

First, send along your system information. Your system information is one of the most helpful tools for us to use when we start digging in to a potential issue. It gives us a peek at your site’s environment, which can give us helpful clues. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

I’ll also need the URL to your donation form. That gives me a chance to look for possible errors, and lets me see the problem first hand.

One very small note: It’s best to create a new ticket for a new question here on the forum. It helps keep topics more searchable, and keeps the threads here more manageable (the threads tend to get pretty unwieldy otherwise) . Not to worry, I can definitely answer your question here though!
