Right now that would require extending the plugin with your own plugin and overriding the class methods that build that form with your own functions. Definitely doable if you’re comfortable with that sort of thing.

If you want to create an issue in our GitHub repo explaining what you’re after we could probably get it added as a configurable option in a future update.

I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved, but let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks!

Can You create this issue Yourself? My english is not very good. Form fields modification option will be nice feature anyway, probably many users will thank You.

    Yes, I will add it.

    Hi there,

I was wondering how the process to modify the form is going.
    I have the same problem.

    Thanks

I think you’ll get what you want if you enable the “Sold Individually” option for the product.

This is done through the Inventory tab in the product settings. Take a look at this screenshot: https://fiber.angelleye.com/temp/woocommerce-sold-individually.png

Once you’ve set that for a product then the offer form will only show a single offer amount with no QTY or Total Price.

    Thank you for your response.

I want to create a simple form where users can only fill in their name and email.

    Is this possible?

As of now we don’t have any direct way to do that built in, but those are the only fields required by the form, so if that’s all the user fills out it will still come through, and with “sold individually” checked for a product they won’t be able to enter a QTY, so that should be pretty close to what you’re after.

I have added an issue to our GitHub repo, though, to allow users to set what fields they want to show on the form. It will probably be a couple of weeks before something like that is ready, though.

    Thank you!
