Off Site Marketer and Web Designer Blocked

Hello everyone.

My team and I have an outside marketing team and web designer that is helping us with marketing and website design and management. They are both located in India, and Wordfence is blocking them from accessing our site. I checked Wordfence and removed India as a blocked location; however, they are still getting a message that Wordfence is blocking them. Can anyone provide any information on how I can unblock them?
