Off canvas not showing

  • Hi,
    I can’t get the off-canvas sidebar to show. Something happens with the shop page when I click on the Filter button (it moves slightly) and if I click again the window scroll bar to the right disappears and I can’t scroll down anymore.

    I had disabled the off canvas, since it didn’t work. I have enabled it again on the Woocommerce shop page (all products).

    Please let me know when I can disable off-canvas again. It is a live site.

    Try to disable the Autoptimize and Lazyload feature temporarily. Clear cache and check it works or not properly.

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    Hi,
    I disabled AO, AO Lazy loading and the caching plugin. Still no off canvas. The only thing that happens (like before) when I click the Filter button is that the window scrollbar disappears.

    I’m disabling Off canvas filter and giving up on this for now. Will try to change theme when I got the time.
