Off-canvas filter button does not work

    i use off-canvas filter to show filters from YITH. and now after pressing filter button off-canvas filter does not appear. so i can’t use filters. moreover grid and list buttons don’t work as well. if i disable filter button, grid and list buttons begin to work as intended.
    i can’t open shop page in customizer until i switch off off-canvas filter check box.

    It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugin except the woocommerce and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    hi!
    thanks for your response! i turned off all plugins except ocean and woocommerce and filter button started to work normally. so it’s a YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter’s problem as far as its activation triggers the problem with off-canvas filter button

    Then it seems a code conflict with that plugin, try to check your settings for YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin.

    there are no such settings. i reported the bug to YITH developers

    yep…
    i wrote to YITH. they did not help me.
    after that i decided to setup fresh WP+plugins in a sandbox and everything went OK.
    so i removed widgets from the off-canvas panel and added new ones.
    after that everything works as intended
