oembeds not firing?

I love the new aloha editor but seem to be having problems with oembeds.

1. New embeds (such as a youtube url) do not end up working (the page just shows the url, instead of the embedded video).
2. A page with an existing embed will cease embedding properly once fee has been initiated.
3. In order to get the embeds to work again the page must be edited in the full wp backend and updated… but once fee is used again the embed stops working.

Anyone else having this problem?
