oembed wrong permalink

Hi,
For some reason the permalink that the oembed gives is wrong as it adds slahes on the URL.
For example instead of https://www.test.com/blog/mypost/
it shows:
https://www.test.com/%22https:////www.test.com//blog//mypost///%22
