    Is this plugin still supported?

    Hi Austin,

I have very little time to provide support, but do maintain the plugin and repsond to support threads where I can.

There’s probably a plugin for CKEDITOR that’ll do the oembed magic you’re talking about. .. I’ll have a quick hunt and see if I can see one.

If there is one you will need to manually install the oembed plugin to the ckeditor folder (and do it each time you update this wordpress plugin).

OK, I’ve managed to get this plugin to work … https://ckeditor.com/addon/oembed

It appears to be working in the front end forms and the entry editor and can only assume it works when a form creates a post/page.

It does not work when using Gravity PDF to create PDF’s and does not work when the entry contents is emailed.

Is this what you were looking for? Since I’ve already done 80% of the work Im considering adding this as an option in the plugin.

    Hi,

You may be happy to know that after testing I decided to include this CKeditor plugin in this WordPress plugin.

If you upgrade to the latest version you’ll find ‘Media (oEmbed) Plugin’ as a button option under ‘Links’.

This will enable the button for both the front end and the back end form and entry editor.

There are obvious limitations, such as emailing and saving to PDF using Gravity PDF.
