Oembed 404 error

  • In every page or post on my site there are 404 errors produced for a “link rel alternate” line of code.

    The code is

    <link rel="alternate" type="application/json+oembed" href="https://www.grahamjones.co.uk/wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.grahamjones.co.uk%2F" />

    I cannot find what is producing that line of code. If I switch off all plugins it is still there.

    If you try the embed url it leads to a 404 error because something is rewriting the slashes to code.

    Any ideas?
