    Hi,

    After some ordere refund (Stripe) , these orders have dissapered, alos in database. Have you ever meet this case ?

    If I understand you correctly, you have refunded an order via Stripe, then this order disappeared on your site, right?

    This is quite strange as I have not encountered this on my personal site. When I refund an order, the order is still visible under WooCommerce > Orders and have the status Refunded as seen below:

    In your issue, can you please share if this is happening when refunding via Stripe only or the same behavior happens to all payment gateways? Would you be able to share the step-by-step flow you did that might help us identify any pain points.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
