    Hey @darylpittman

I’ve excluded your theme stylesheet from the CSS Combination and the site look ok now.

After the CSS issue was resolved on our development site I updated the SG Optimizer plugin on our live, production site. It appears the original issue appeared there, also.

I have since reverted back to 5.2.1 so you will not be able to view the offending results.

When you “excluded your theme stylesheet from the CSS Combination” was that for our dev.laserimagenc.com site only? Are you modifying the your plugin code to specifically address this issue? Are there concerns we should be looking at on our end with regard to our combination of theme, plugins and custom code?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hey @darylpittman

Yes, you have to exclude /themes/Builder-Air-LIPM/custom/custom.css from CSS Combination.

Not being a developer, it took me a moment to come to this realization. But, this *potential* solution came to me overnight and I was excited to get to work so I could tear into the code and experiment with my theory …

    Thanks for verifying!

This ought to be fun, I have just enough knowledge to be dangerous.

Now, where is my chainsaw? ??

Hey @sstoqnov, my chainsaw will not crank!

Is it possible for you to exclude our production site styles, https://laserimagenc.com, in your exclude list similar to how you were able for our development site, https://dev.laserimagenc.com?

    That would be great!

I updated my live production site SG Optimizer plugin to 5.2.5 to confirm whether or not the issues I experienced had been resolved. They had not.

Could you address the styles issue on our live site as you did for our development site or at least let me know if there are other concerns?

    Thank you,

    Hey @darylpittman

    Sorry for my late response.

I’ve just checked your dev and prod sites and they looks the same.

Yes, sir, the solution was hidden in plain sight.

    Thanks for the followup.

    I don’t understand what I have to do… please, explain…

My web (https://dim.usal.es/eps/mmt/?p=4718) has latex functions. And when I have update WordPres to 5.2.3 I cna not see the functions. Will you write an update of the plugin soon?

    @herodessa

Since this (my) original issue is marked resolved I don’t suspect your plight will get much attention. I can mark it unresolved to see if it flags the SG Optimizer gang.

In my case, above, there was issue with the SG Optimizer .css minimization not working optimally with my site’s custom-written css code. Therefore, my site was not rendered properly if the custom code file was not excluded through the Combinator dashboard in the plugin.

In your case, it appears there is a bit of inline style which may not be working with the minimization aspects of the plugin. I do not recall at this time, maybe you can turn off .css minimization altogether in the plugin.

Hopefully a SG Optimizer plugin developer will get in touch with you directly and have a look.

    Best of luck,
    Daryl

Or better yet, post your own ticket with detailed information that we an look into and investigate because very rarely people have the same issues despite the same symptomps…
