odd redirect

Hi, I’m having a weird redirect when I try and fill out one of my forms
When I hit submit it won’t send, and I can see the url changes tohttps://staging.safetyletterbox.com/contact#wpcf7-f1318-p21-o2
I’ve tried deactivating all plugins to see if there’s a conflict but I can’t see any issues
Have you seen this happen before?
