I’ve copied my SQL DB…and copied my site folder. Uploaded folder to new host and imported SQL DB. Finally, I’ve updated config.php for new sql login info.

I keep getting error messages relating to plugins (I think) and keep going back to old site, deactivating plugin and upload new SQL DB.

This doesn’t seem to be working…here is the error msg I’m getting (a new one each time I remove the associate error plugin):

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/29/6254529/html/wp-content/plugins/share-and-follow/share-widget.php:435) in /home/content/29/6254529/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 868

    Any clues…thanks in advance.

But if it’s currently working on my other site and I’m just moving it by copying files and moving how would things change?

I looked at the FAQ, checked out my config.php as well as the files listed in the error message…??

    Thanks again!!

OK I did notice something. I transferred the site using “auto detect” and when I looked a a bunch of php files, they all had extra space after the lastt ?>

If I transferred in Binary mode, that wasn’t the case. So, I’m transferring my site again in Binary mode and will upload it to the new host is the same mode…

    Hope this works.

    Thanks…

Don’t transfer in Binary mode. Use ASCII mode.

Well, I just went to each of the error php files, went to the bottom of each file and removed extra returns.

    That seemed to fix it…

    Thanks for the pointers…!!
