Odd number of views and visits on website

Hello,

I have two websites focusing on research projects/products that I am advertising.

From the very first day of the websites, I have been getting 10-20 visitors per day, with 20+ “visits”. They are coming from all around the world, and often there will be 5 unique ip addresses from one country on a given day.

Despite more than 2000 views on each, I have not received a single filled out contact form or email (which are both on my website), but I receive multiple spam emails about web design and wordpress help every day.

I think that some kind of bots are just viewing my websites, since no one else will really need to visit them multiple times from same ip’s and not contact me.

Can you please help clear up the situation?
