Odd issue with Block editor and selected text

  • My coworker has an odd issue. When she tries to add a link or make text bold/italic only parts of the text she selected is affected. So if tries to make a sentence into a link, only some words are actually inside the a-tags.
    This only happens to her, not me. Also, she does only have this issue when using the Block editor in WordPress. If she’s using Classic editor, it doesn’t happen.
    She’s using Firefox on Windows, I’m on Ubuntu, but also Firefox.

    Does anyone have an idea for how to troubleshoot this?

    (Workarounds are easy, but this is still annoying).
