odd issue with background image

  • Got another site set up in no time. A breeze.
    Now I ran into an issue with adding an extra page using the ‘full width and only content’ template. I can’t seem to get a background image to show. No option for background image in the edit workspace. So I publish the finished layout and go to preview in order to select a background image in the customizer – it works as long as I have the customizer active but the background disappears when closing the customizer.
    Can’t get the background image to show with custom css either.

    I much appreciate help with this. A pointer to what I am missing will do unless I have discovered a bug.

    Hi @munich,

    Are you sure you saved your changes in the Customizer after selecting the image? I tried this in my local development environment with a page set to the “Full Width and Only Content Template” and a background image set in the Customizer, and the background image showed up without any issues.
