Odd behaviour using bulk actions in edit post

  • I have noticed that when

    – I select 5-6 posts that were written as “admin”
    – clicked on these for bulk actions
    – selected new author “events calendar”
    – press “APPLY”

    the author change takes place but certain custom fields like Twitter Tools gets unchecked in the process

    Has anyone else noted these sorts of odd affects stemming from bulk action in edit post page

  • I have a slightly different problem. I am usin WordPress version 2.8.4.

    I select multiple posts
    Click on Bulk Action and
    choose a category
    click on Update Post

    The browser then goes to facebook share page?

    very strange indeed.
