OcenWP and YITH Woocommerce products Add-on plugin incompatibility

Hi,

After updating my OceanWP theme, I am having an issue with YITH products add-on plugin. I have few add-ons created using the YITH plugin and those add-ons are optional for products (cricket bat) and all add-ons are getting added to the cart by themselves and there is no option to remove the add-ons.

Did anyone have this issue?
