OceanWP theme bug – menu cart is not showing customized settings

Can you please share a short video and show us how the header crashed?

If you can’t see all your changes, it is possible 2 things:
1. Cache plugin or CDN affects it.
2. Host permissions for files, folders, and databases have an issue.

Regarding the cache plugin, if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, in Elementor, please don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools; finally, use hard-refreshing keys and recheck the issue.

I created a short video about?the problem. The menu cart design is not updated, even if I use caching. In the meantime I got an update to oceanwp extra, but it doesn’t solve the problem. Cache plugin deactivation, and browser cookie deletion did not help either.

(I changed the design, so I’m not interested anymore with the elementor pro header problem issue.)

Shahin, in the meantime I contacted the support team as I have a subscription at oceanwp, and seems the issue solved – the last oceanwp extra update solved the elementor pro header problem, so i switched that back and all looks good now.
