OceanWP Posts Slider not working

    Hello

    OceanWP Posts Slider not working. However, it works if I preview the page with the shortcode.

    Everything was working just fine before I upgrade some plugins and also the PHP version. Now I can’t say for sure if there is something preventing the slider to work or if there is just something missing.
    I’ve already lost hours checking every single option on my dashboard and I couldn’t find where the problem is.

    Please go to Theme Panel > Style & Scripts and regenerate the files by click on the save button and check. Please share your website URL if not resolved.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer!
    I did that and it didn’t work.
    I’ve been almost all day trying other options, like:
    – disabling all the plugins and enabling them one by one
    – enabling only the necessary plugins to test the Posts Slider.
    But nothing seem to work till now.

    This is my blog. The blog’s main language is portuguese.

    Hi,

    It’s finally SOLVED!

    I installed the original theme over my own theme already costumised (after making a backup) and then tried to understand why it started working.
    I think it has to do with the home page that was created. Because if I use some others I’ve created with the shortcode attached, it won’t work, doesn’t matter how many different posts slides or pages I use, none of them works.
    Then, I just had to delete all the content created by the demo and it’s working as it should.

    The best solution is making a backup of our theme (just in case), installing the demo over it, and clearing all the demo data that was added.

    It took me only 5 minutes to resolve.
