Hello @styzer,
What is the role of a WordPress user who doesn’t have access to those pages?
Do you have any “Role Manager” plugins on your WordPress?
Kindly provide us with your system environment information. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel > System Info: https://i.postimg.cc/0QZrGq46/system-info.png. You can send the information as code here or upload them to https://pastebin.com/ and get an exclusive link.

When you get this message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” it means:
1. Incorrect user permissions: If you are not an administrator, you may not have permission to access certain pages or areas of your WordPress site. To check your user permissions, go to Users > All Users and click on the Edit button for your user account. In the User Role dropdown menu, select Administrator. Click Update to save your changes.
2. Corrupted .htaccess file: The .htaccess file is a configuration file that helps WordPress communicate with your web server. If this file becomes corrupted, it can cause a variety of errors, including the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” error. To check your .htaccess file, you can use an FTP client to download it from your server. Once you have downloaded the file, open it in a text editor and look for any errors. If you find any errors, correct them and then upload the file back to your server.
3. Plugin conflict: A plugin conflict can occur when two or more plugins are incompatible with each other. This can cause a variety of errors, including the “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” error. To troubleshoot a plugin conflict, you can disable all of your plugins and then enable them one by one to see which one is causing the problem. Once you have identified the problem plugin, you can either update it or uninstall it.
I hope that was helpful.
Best Regards
