OceanWP Menus or Elements not lshowing in Elementor editor

Elementor Editor is not showing OceanWP elements.Pl help

I have newly installed OceanWP. While attempting to edit a post or page with elementor, the OceanWP elements are not showing on the side panel of elementor editor. My website is https://www.chennairealties.in

In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

The system Info is given below. There appears to be an error which states ‘ZipArchive library is missing. Install the Zip extension. Contact your hosting provider’ I have contacted the hosting provider. They don’t understand and say oceanwp is working fine.

2)Also, changes made to the customizer could not be saved. The error message says’ Unable to save due to1 invalid setting’.
Kindly help
