Please note 1: Since you are using Elementor; Elementor has some global style options for all heading, so to manage all heading styling, please navigate to Site Settings in Elementor.
Please note 2: Also, we have some typography in the theme. To manage/check the heading styling in the theme, please navigate to Customizer > Typography.
___
If you want Elementor to inherit your Typography settings applied with the OceanWP theme (Customize > Typography), in terms of font family, color, size, etc for the text, headings and more, you need to enable these settings within Elementor.
1. Navigate to your WP Dashboard, Elementor > Settings.
2. From the General tab, make sure to check the boxes for the following options:
Disable default fonts,
Disable default colors.
3. Save changes.
You will still be able to override these settings directly in the Elementor editor and depending on the available styling for the widget you are using.
