OceanWP customizations showing blank page

    I didn’t realize this wasn’t normal until I ran it by another OWP user, but when I go into the OWP custom options, all I see is a blank white preview on the right (usual custom options menu is there on the left, it’s just the preview that’s missing).

    Any idea what’s going on there?

  • Hello Andy,

    Please check the below settings.
    1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
    2. Increase memory limit to 256M
    3. Try to disable/enable plugin one by one, it may be a plugin conflict.
