• Hi, if you see the website, the menu suddenly became like a list and instead of in a line below the Header. I don’t know what happened but it became like this once i applied the theme plug-in.

I’ve been trying to fix it since this morning, should I rebuild it? or is there other alternative?

    Please help.

  • Hi, your site is password protected. I’m not able to view the issue on your site.
The issue you mentioned above seems to be the script confliction. Go to Theme Panel > Script & Styles > Reactivate the scripts and style. It might fix the issue.

    Hi @apprimit,

I have a similar issue. Perhaps, you could help me…
I wanted to create a custom navigation menu on my website with Elementor and somehow, when I add the ‘Custom Nav Menu’ it doesn’t appear. It says 254. Even if I use a regular menu, not customize with WordPress, it says 254 instead of my menu. However, I’m also building an English version of the same website (www.sonialisolivagant.com) and I did the same thing and it works. I tried different things, but I cannot fix this issue. Can someone help me please ?

    Childish theme: OceanWP.
    Website: https://www.fr.sonialisolivagant.com

    Thanks.

    Cheers

    Hi Amit,

Thanks for your prompt response. I apologize my site can only be seen if logged in. I found out the exact cause of the issue, is when my partner uploaded new products, once she did that, the whole menu became like a list, with bullet points.
    It looked something like this:

    HEADER

    + Home

    + Shop

    + Women

    + Men

It affect the Top Bar as well. i went into the Theme Panel > Script & Style to reactivate them but it doesn’t change much.

    I truly appreciate your help.

Hi,I can’t help you much without seeing your site. Will you please provide screenshot or public the site for sometime so that I can help you to fix the issue.

    Hi @famaiden

    This is what I see – https://prnt.sc/kr4as8

It may have been your caching issues. Please check from different browser.

Hi, I have a similar but different problem on the WordPress website I developed using OceanWP and Elementor. Specifically, the main menu items are only seen as ‘active’ when on a parent page. So when on a child page, no main menu item (including the corresponding parent menu item) is active. Can you please provide coding I can use to fix this? Thanks.
