OceanWP child theme and Ultimate member password reset issue

In fact, the child theme shouldn’t influence the login page; Except you are using a function. Would you please share the function.php file on your website child theme here?

Please check this error: https://i.postimg.cc/rsX8XB1K/image.png on your website. Maybe you have enabled the Recaptcha code.

Since you’ve been using the reset password shortcode, would you please contact Ultimate Member team; Maybe they have a solution that we are not aware of.

the email for password-reset are being getting received but the url that is coming within the email turns to invalid key.
Now if I disable the child theme and use only parent/main OceanWP theme then with re-captcha or without re-captcha the password-reset works perfectly fine.
So the problem is within child theme working.

Since you have many customizations in the child theme on the staging website, please do the steps below and recheck your issue and let us know the results.

Troubleshooting child theme:
1- Remove all customization on the child theme.
2- add your customization one by one to the child theme.
3- After adding each customization code, check your issue

Note: in the staging website, if you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.
