• Hello, I’m an Elementor PRO customer,

I created an Elementor popup and an Elementor Button.
Then, I converted the button in a dynamic button and linked to the popup.
When you click the button, nothing happens (a popup should appear).

I talked with Elementor support and this is the answer:

    ———————–
This issue is caused by a third-party theme, OceanWP, as far as I can see. I activated the Hello Elementor? theme on your staging site and it helped (please check if it works on your end).

I would be glad to help you with this issue, but third-party themes are out of our support scope, so I cannot provide a complete and tested solution in this case, unfortunately.

However, you can contact that theme support team regarding this issue, they should be able to help you with their product. I hope for your understanding.

    What should we do? =)

    Hello Abhishek,

Since OceanWP has this bug, I removed the widget =)
    But it’s very simple process:

    (*) Install Elementor PRO.
(*) Create e new Elementor popup.
(*) Create a Elementor Dynamic button.
(*) Attach the popup to the button.
(*) When you click the button, the popup doesn’t appear.
(*) If you switch to HEllo theme, it works.

This is the tutorial to create an Elementor Dynamic button

    Bye!

Kindly share the website URL to check the issue.

Please download the theme.vanilla.min.js file and replace this file with your vanilla.min.js file.
    https://we.tl/t-eLx21rgbtD

You will get that by following the path /themes/oceanwp/assets/js

PS- Please perform these steps on your testing site and take a backup before replacing the file.

    Hello Abhishek,

    sorry for my late answer…
I’m too busy to take care of this OceanWP bug.
Right now I replaced the Popup button with a classic static Elementor Form and it works perfectly.
    As I wrote you:

    (*) Install Elementor PRO.
(*) Create e new Elementor Popup.
(*) Create a Elementor Dynamic button.
(*) Attach the Popup to the button.
(*) When you click the button, the popup doesn’t appear.
(*) If you switch to Hello theme, it works.

I hope it can help you to solve the problem.

Thank you so much for sharing the steps.
Have you tried replacing the above theme.vanilla.min.js file?
