• Hi there guys!

I am running into a few programs with customization of the combination with OceanWP and WooLentor Pro. I have created certain templates with WooLentor for our shop, cart and checkout page. It looks all fine within Elementor view, but afterwards, its a bit different in the live view.

Does anybody know, how I can configure OceanWP that way, that its not afflicting the premade template layout? Just to give a little example of what I mean: In the cart we are having a few buttons for adding a coupon, actualizing the cart and going back to store. Another one for going forward to checkout, In usual elementor view they are looking all the same size, on the live site they are differently sized without that I have configured that in the customizer.

If I disable some options in ocean wp setttings which I think they afflict woocommerce and external woolentor settings, the site afterwards looks quite awful.

I am looking forward for some kind advices.

    Best regards,
    nadel.unikat

  • Hello,

Please share your customizer settings if possible and the page URL where you getting the issue to check the issue.

And Oceanwp doesn’t control the elementor design/settings. If you make changes in the theme setting, then that setting applicable for the theme.

    Hi Abhishek!

I cant really share the URL with you as we are having a maintanance plugin activated, so users from outside would not see something.

Is there any logfile i could provide to you in order to share the customizer settings? There would be way to many screenshots needed. Thats not what I meant, that it controls the design/settings from elementor – I just said, or at least i meant, if i design it in elementor its looking different than it is looking on live page. There are certain things getting overwritten by OceanWP we guess.

    Hello,

There is a log file but that is for the errors.

I can understand your concern, that should not look different than it looks but If it looking different, it needs to be inspected to find the causes for the issue.

If I will not see the issue, how can I provide an accurate solution?

If possible share the snapshots or If you have any other way please let us know.

    Hi there again!

If I provide you screenshots, i think those would be more than 100+ as OceanWP is pretty strong as you know I guess ?? Since there are a few screenshots needed for certain sites, this could be huge.

I know that you would have to see it – would it be possible to get in touch via Discord so I could show that in a websession. I could also provide temporary access to the wp-admin page using a link, but i would like to share it not in public and rather via a support email or something.

    best regards

Hello? I would like to have an answer about that.
Is really nobody is able to help here?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we cannot provide assistance for third-party plugins, especially not PRO third-party plugins, so he’ll need to reach respective Woolentor support.

Obviously, the templates created were impacted with the theme’s provided front-end Woo Customization settings but if those are not required, the only way is to disable them completely and re-create templates. There is no option to switch off specific settings and keep some.
