OceanWP and Themes Customize Not Working

  • I am setting up a new site using the free versions of OceanWP and Elementor. I am working on a custom header to be used on all pages except the front page. However, when I go to Theme Panel and click on “Header Options”, it tries to load the Theme > Customize page, but no content ever loads and eventually the pages times completely out. If I disable Elementor, I am able to load the Themes > Customize page. I made a change in the header height and then re-enabled Elementor, but that change is not reflected.

    What else could be causing this problem?

    It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugin and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.
