Ocean WP Archive does not recognize custom post type Categories

  • Hi, team, I would be really grateful for your asap help. I’m using Ocean WP free version with Elementor PRO and CPT UI. I’ve created a custom post type Vacancies using CPT and then added some Categories to it using WP dashboard. I have renamed a built-in category Uncategorized to All Vacancies. So. The problem is that Ocean WP archive page “sees” only All Vacancies (Uncategorized) category and does not see other categories for custom post type. The problem persists both on built-in Archive page and custom Elementor Archive page template.

  • Hello,

    Try to switch theme to default wordpress theme like twenty nineteen temporarily and check it works or not? I don’t think it’s a theme related issue.
