Ocean Extra Post Image Gallery

Hi
I’m sure I’m missing something obvious here but I have searched without result.
Using Ocean WP theme and Ocean Extra with Gutenberg (no Elementor) at the bottom of the pages for editing Posts is the “Ocean WP Settings” panel and below that the Image Gallery pPanel. I have added images to this panel and selected the Lightbox option, I have set the Post Format to “Gallery”.
How do I make these images display in the Post? Is there a shortcode? or something else?
