Ocean Extra Plugin Causing 500 error on fresh WordPress install

  • The Ocean Extra Plugin Causing 500 error on fresh WordPress install.

    PHP version 7.3
    Memory Limit is 256Mb

    No other plugins installed apart from elementor.

    I can see there are dozens of others complaining about this issue so please don’t say it’s me.

    Hi,

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    Please go to Elementor > System Info and check the below parameters.
    ?Make sure that you are using PHP version 7 and above, that your WordPress Memory Limit is set to 512M or above, and that your Upload Limit is set to 20MB or above.

    Also, make sure that GD Installed and ZIP Installed are both to YES.

    If any of these parameters do not match, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to help you with the setup mentioned above.

    After you have cleared this up, you can proceed further.
