Ocean Extra Not Working With Elementor

  • Hello,

    I have been dealing with this issue for a week and reached out to my hosting site, elementor and even paid to get a reply using a ticket. Through talking with the different parties we have figured out that this is a theme and plugin issue.

    I cannot edit my pages with elementor when I activate the Ocean Extra Plugin, and when I deactivate it I can. However, my header and footer are missing key components (like the menu in the header and the email sign ups in the footer). My settings are set to the customized header, but I cannot even edit the header and footer as everything goes blank when I activate Ocean Extra Plugin. I have been trying to figure this out for quite a while now and have gone through many people who point to this being an Ocean Extra problem. Please help! Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    Kindly try to disable all the plugin except for the Ocean Extra + Elementor and check it works or not. If it works, then enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict. Also, share the error log so that I can check it?

    I have same problem.

    I have only 2 plugins, Ocean Extra and Elementor, when Ocean Extra active, Elementor cannot edit the page. any solution for me to check?
