Ocean Extra and Elementor plugin conflicting

    Hi there,

    I have this issue that I cannot fix. Since I update Elementor and Ocean Extra plugin, my website doesn’t work anymore and I cannot edit anything with Elementor. It’s just a blank page. https://www.sonialisolivagant.com
    These are the steps I did:
    -Increase my wp memory limit in wp-config file and php.ini file to 256.
    -Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    -Did a rollback to the previous Elementor version
    -Delete Ocean extra plugin. My website was working, but I need it to do a custom header and other stuff.
    -Go to Settings > Permalinks, Change the permalink setting and save, Change the setting back to your original permalink setting and save again

    Anyone ?

    @sma93 I didn’t see any error on the console.
    @adelyacoubi butterbean is not defined is a false alarm which is not causing the issue.

    @apprimit Is there any other info you would need from me to possibly figure out what the issue is?

    Sorry for the late response. Without seeing the site settings I can’t tell the correct reason for this issue.

    It is the same with me. I have been in trouble for over a month now because of this conflict. I redo my whole site and updating the plugins returns the same error.
    I currently have two pages giving error.
    On the balletparatodos / blog page (which is still a theme template page, which I haven’t edited anything yet) the console error messages are:

    I ran into this same error using the Briefcase for Elementor Widget pack. Your solution worked. NOTHING else did. You’re an amazing person and a winner. You should feel good about yourself my dude, i spent 3 HOURS googling this to figure it out. Mad Props. You sir are a gentleman and a scholar.

    I sent the briefcase devs a message via contact form on their website linking to your solution, for the time being i modified the butterbean.php file with your fix.
