Occurred a notice in WordPress debug

    Hi,

    First I need to say this is a great plugin which I needed.

    I have a notice that occurred in my WordPress debug bar:

    NOTICE: wp-content/plugins/ajaxy-search-form/admin/widgets/search.php:11 - Undefined index: title
require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-includes/template-loader.php'), include('/themes/customizr-pro/index.php'), do_action('__after_article_container'), call_user_func_array, TC_sidebar->tc_sidebar_display, get_sidebar, locate_template, load_template, require_once('/themes/customizr-pro/sidebar-right.php'), dynamic_sidebar, call_user_func_array, WP_Widget->display_callback, AJAXY_SF_WIDGET->widget

    I wish a suggestions how to resolve it.

    Line 6 should be

    parent::__construct( false, $name = 'Ajaxy live search' );
