Occasional exception on all pages

    This is the second time this error has happened in the past few weeks with no change on our end. Is there an issue on the RL end?

    We’re about to launch a new website and need to know if this plugin is stable.

    Hi,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The problem is not with the plugin. R+L’s rate quote service is having a temporary outage. They have estimated that the outage will last for 30 minutes.

    I will leave this ticket open until it is confirmed that the service is back up.

    Thanks, it is resolved now. Is there a way we can be notified of an outage? Or better, yet, have the plugin throw a customization notice through woocommerce?
