• HI.

I am just preparing a blog site for my daughter and while I’ll administer it in the background – I am interested to find out if the program has an auto obscenity check. i.e., any post that contains bad language is automatically rejected and unable to be posted.

    Is there such a function?

    Thank you.

    Steve

  • Hi there, you can certainly use the comments blacklist to block certain words in comments, I would start by taking a look at this.
In the administration area, click on settings, the page will change and then you click on discussion. scroll down and at the bottom you will see a place to enter words in the comments blacklist.
A far as i can tell this does not help with posts, just comments,
you may not want people to register for the site anyway.
I hope this helps as a start and good luck.
    mike.

Cheers Mikey1. That a good idea to prevent any replies to be posted. Cheers.
