Oblique sections on static front page

I am using the Oblique theme and would like to add sections to my static front page. I have gotten the Mesh plugin to add a section, but it is not in the same style as the Oblique theme. For example, is a level white box instead of a slanted one. Can anyone help me format the container of the new sections to be in the same style as the rest of the theme?
