Obligatory "works in Firefox" not in Explorer Problem

Title says it all. I only know enough to get myself into trouble so I apologize if I appear the dope. Anyway, I plugged my site into the Validator thing and got this: https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=divergentthinking.net&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.1
So it doesn’t look there are major errors just something a smidge off. What do I need to chop out to make my site explorer friendly?
