Objective in Google Analytics

    Hello

    I would create an event in Google Analytics everytime the chat is activate.
    From the events in real time I see that analytics recognize the action taken, but I cannot record it among the analytics objectives. I do not see any records when setting the system with the parameters explained on this page

    Category: CLICK TO CHAT for WhatsApp
    Action: Return Type: Chat/Group/Share
    Label: {{post-title}}, {{URL}}

    Nor with the slightly different ones that I see appear in the event in real time.

    Category: Click to Chat for WhatsApp
    Action: chat: phonenumber

    Hi,

    Google analytics event will creates automatically. ( we no need to make any settings )

    plugin creates the event like this.

    Category: Click to Chat for WhatsApp
    Action: chat: 39*********
    Label: Ritiro e smaltimento macerie e calcinacci in Lombardia – Alex-Rent srl, https://www.ecologicalworld.it/

    Here Action: return_type: number
    as the user clicks on chat the return type is chat
