Is this the first time you’ve installed the plugin, or have you run it successfully without this message before?

It was working earlier, but then I updated Apache and PHP and after that it is throwing this error.

Interesting. When you see this error, are you loading up a page with a form shortcode on it, or somewhere else?

Only when loading page with a from shortcode.

Could you share the form shortcode you’re using? I couldn’t replicate this in PHP 7.2, but I’m wondering if it’s a particular parameter.
