I tried some tick in Object Cache with W3 Total Cache because my host server said that Object Caching caused the big expanse of memory at one time (causing my site not to load)

The thing I tried turned bad as it did not want to ‘remove xx file’ automatically and come up with error message. (Cannot upload a screenshot)

FTP credentials don’t allow to copy to file /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php

W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.

In addition, I am not great with this technology.

    Hello @powerofwords3

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
The FTP notification indicates that the Files/Folder permissions on your server are not allowing W3 Total cache to add a file necessary for Object Caching when enabled, in this case, object-cache.php drop-in.
Check with your hosting provider, and make sure that the files and folder permission are set:
    Files – 644
    Folders – 755
Once set, go pack to your dashboard and re-enable Object Caching, save all settings and purge the cache.
    I hope this helps!
    Thanks!
